As farmers, we have been producing high quality olives in our own olive groves for more than 20 years with environmentally friendly agricultural practices. As a result, we are pleased to present our AOVE Vilas Boas, an authentic natural olive juice (free of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, transgenics and additives) extracted and bottled in our oil mill.
And because we are producers and control the entire chain from the field to the bottling, we know we are offering you an extra virgin olive oil of exceptional quality with all the benefits of oleic acids and their properties as natural antioxidants.
Our olive groves are located in Alentejo, southern Portugal and in the province of Córdoba, Spain.
Each farm produces unique oils as a result of different olive varieties, climatic conditions and soil composition. In Cordoba, the olive varieties of Marteña (Picual) and Arbequina; in Alentejo, the varieties of Arbosana, Changlot Real, Koroneiki, Arbequina and Tosca.
