Orders are sent directly to you through the transport company NACEX.
Not included on the price established on the website and will be added on the payment page as these vary depending on weight, size or number of products purchased
Within a maximum of 30 days from the sending of the order confirmation email after the authorization of your credit card issuer. ASOMA UNIP LDA is committed to make every effort to deliver to the customer within the time indicated.
We only ship products to those countries specified on the website at any given time, within the deadlines indicated when placing the order and to the address indicated by the customer in his order.
The customer undertakes to transmit through the order all the necessary information for delivery, in order to ensure the proper completion of the purchase. He will also provide a telephone number so that the carrier can locate him.
If the carrier, after several attempts to deliver the order, is unable to find the destinatary, it will automatically return the package to ASOMA UNIP LDA’s warehouse.
The customer will then be refunded the amount of his order within 30 days from the notification of the cancellation of the order.
The transport costs generated by the return of the product to ASOMA UNIP LDA’s warehouse will be discounted from the total amount that would correspond to the customer’s order as it was impossible to deliver the product due to causes beyond ASOMA UNIP LDA and the carrier.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the state of the products when they are delivered, and to make sure that they are in accordance with the order.
In case there is any disagreement, the customer must reflect it in the delivery note that will be signed by him and the carrier, and will keep a copy of each one. The disconformities must be communicated to the carrier and ASOMA UNIP LDA within 24 hours after receiving the product.
In case of breakage or bad condition of the products, the customer must reject to take the damaged product from the carrier upon delivery and indicate “rejected due to breakage or bad condition” on the delivery note. Take a picture of the damaged package and send it by e-mail to email@example.com so we can take care of it.
In case of delivery not in accordance with the order both in quantity and quality, the customer must inform AGOLIBER indicating the reference of the order by e-mail a firstname.lastname@example.org
Refuse or cancel an order:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
- Goods availability
- Errors in the description or prices for Goods
- Errors in Your Order
- Fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected
